  110. TCN PROGRAM INSTALLATION AND STARTUP

  112. Installation and startup of The CONSTITUTION Notebook Program can be
  113. slightly different depending on whether your copy came from a CD-ROM, a
  114. disk vendor, or a BBS.

  118. TCN PROGRAM STARTUP
  119.  
  120. The first time the TCN program is run following installation, up to 9
  121. screens are automatically displayed to help you get started.  Spend as
  122. much time as you like on each screen.  (You CAN manually access them
  123. later.)
  124.  
  125. The last of these screens offers to automatically start Tutorial I.
  126. TCNbP Company urges you to click Yes.
  127.  
  128. Some CD-ROM install programs will automatically launch the TCN program
  129. after installing it.  This is ok.
  130.  
  131. NOTE:  Do not attempt to run the TCN program directly off a CD-ROM drive
  132. - it will not work.

  137. Some CD-ROMs include a "canned" install program which can be used to
  138. install many or all of the programs contained on the CD-ROM.  TCNbP
  139. Company allows the TCN program to be installed by such programs.  Consult
  140. your CD-ROM documentation.  If its canned install program will install
  141. the TCN program, you can use it.

  181. evaluation purposes as follows:

  201. program for the trial period that applies to you.  If you use the TCN
  202. program beyond the applicable trial period, you are obligated to
  203. register.  Refer to the various options of the Shareware menu (within the

  213. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE FOR THE TCN PROGRAM

  215. Your license to distribute trial copies of the TCN program is a
  216. permanent license.  TCNbP Company grants this distribution license to

  219. ANYONE can distribute unmodified copies of the TCN Program trial version

  222. ANYONE can charge a nominal fee for providing trial copies to

  250. files MUST be transferred to a hard drive.
